Please ask about your health insurance coverage when you are out of network.

• Individual psychotherapy session (50 minutes) - $120.00

• Group psychotherapy session (60 minutes) - $60.00

• Couples session (60 minutes) - $180.00

• A sliding scale fee schedule is available for those with special circumstances.

• A FREE 15 minute phone consultation is available for new clients to ensure a

good fit and to understand what to expect from therapy.

You will receive a statement of services at the end of each session to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company prior to our first meeting to understand your financial obligation.

Ask your insurance company about:

1) Coverage for “outpatient psychotherapy services”

2) Percentage of reimbursement for an “out of network provider” including any deductible amount

Most clients who submit their invoice, receive reimbursement from their insurance provider.

Payment is due at the end of each session. You may pay by credit card, cash or personal check.
